Desenvolvido pelo N\u00facleo de Apoio de Agentes P\u00fablicos (NAASE) em parceria com o Eixo Sa\u00fade, o programa surgiu a partir da escuta ativa dos profissionais.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A presidente da Funase, Ra\u00edssa Braga, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os setores para fortalecer a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 qualidade de vida dos servidores. &#8220;Nosso compromisso vai al\u00e9m da gest\u00e3o administrativa; queremos garantir um ambiente de trabalho mais saud\u00e1vel e acolhedor para nossos servidores. Essa iniciativa refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia do cuidado com a sa\u00fade mental e emocional de quem atua diariamente na nossa rede&#8221;, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">O projeto busca prevenir o estresse ocupacional e melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho por meio de terapias especializadas. Os atendimentos s\u00e3o individuais, t\u00eam dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de 30 minutos e s\u00e3o realizados por tr\u00eas profissionais que atuam tanto na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana do Recife quanto no interior do estado. Entre as unidades beneficiadas est\u00e3o os Cases Pirapama, Muribeca, Jaboat\u00e3o, Santa Luzia e Vit\u00f3ria, al\u00e9m dos CASEs e Cenips de Caruaru, Arcoverde e Garanhuns<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;A ventosa \u00e9 um recurso eficaz para aliviar pontos de tens\u00e3o e promover o relaxamento muscular, tornando-se ideal para o projeto. Al\u00e9m dela, utilizamos a auriculoterapia, que auxilia no tratamento de dores f\u00edsicas, estresse, ansiedade e outros dist\u00farbios por meio de pontos espec\u00edficos na orelha. Tamb\u00e9m realizamos massagem relaxante, reflexologia podal e encaminhamentos para profissionais especializados, quando necess\u00e1rio.
