At\u00e9 o dia 27 de mar\u00e7o, todas as seis unidades da Rede Compaz promover\u00e3o a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas ao bem-estar, \u00e0 autonomia e \u00e0 conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres. A agenda inclui atividades f\u00edsicas, oficinas, rodas de conversa e bate-papos com representantes da Secretaria da Mulher, proporcionando espa\u00e7os de acolhimento e aprendizado. Toda a programa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 gratuita e aberta ao p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre os destaques, est\u00e3o aul\u00f5es de Zumba, Yoga, dan\u00e7a e defesa pessoal, que promovem qualidade de vida e fortalecimento f\u00edsico e emocional. Para quem busca capacita\u00e7\u00e3o profissional, a oficina de Nail Design oferecer\u00e1 a oportunidade de aprendizado e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda. J\u00e1 os debates e rodas de conversa abordar\u00e3o a tem\u00e1tica da viol\u00eancia contra a mulher, com participa\u00e7\u00e3o de especialistas, ampliando o conhecimento e o acesso a redes de apoio.
