A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de secret\u00e1rios municipais, subprefeitos e diretores de autarquias, consolidando Vit\u00f3ria como o primeiro munic\u00edpio do Brasil a formar o alto escal\u00e3o da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica com um programa pr\u00f3prio e exclusivo voltado \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da IA na gest\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n<p>O curso foi ministrado pelo professor Geraldo Guerra Junior, diretor de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia da AGINTEC, mestrando em Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos e Media\u00e7\u00e3o, p\u00f3s-graduado em Direito Digital, Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, Cidades Inteligentes e Diplomacia. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o apresentou conceitos e ferramentas voltadas \u00e0 governan\u00e7a baseada em dados, uso de intelig\u00eancia preditiva e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica da IA para planejamento e atendimento ao cidad\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Entre os impactos imediatos para a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, est\u00e3o a moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos, a agilidade na tomada de decis\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas e o fortalecimento da transpar\u00eancia com foco em resultados.
