Com o tema \u201cSa\u00fade Mental: busca pelo equil\u00edbrio pessoal e profissional\u201d, o evento abriu sua programa\u00e7\u00e3o reunindo um grande p\u00fablico formado por estudantes, professores e convidados.<\/p>\n<p>A palestra de abertura foi conduzida pela m\u00e9dica psiquiatra Ana Beatriz Barbosa, uma das maiores refer\u00eancias do pa\u00eds no tratamento de transtornos mentais. Autora de livros consagrados e apresentadora do PodPeople, o maior podcast da Am\u00e9rica Latina sobre sa\u00fade mental, ela abordou os desafios emocionais da vida contempor\u00e2nea e a import\u00e2ncia de reconhecer e lidar com as pr\u00f3prias fragilidades. A fala envolveu o p\u00fablico com exemplos pr\u00e1ticos e reflex\u00f5es sobre como equilibrar emo\u00e7\u00f5es no ambiente de trabalho e nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro dia tamb\u00e9m contou com apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais e a presen\u00e7a de representantes da reitoria e da comiss\u00e3o organizadora, que destacaram o papel da EXPOFACOL como espa\u00e7o de troca de conhecimento e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre diferentes \u00e1reas do saber.<\/p>\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o do congresso segue at\u00e9 sexta-feira (07\/11), com palestras, oficinas, minicursos e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalhos acad\u00eamicos.
