Entre os 5.569 munic\u00edpios brasileiros, o munic\u00edpio conquistou o Selo Prata rumo \u00e0 elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da transmiss\u00e3o vertical (da m\u00e3e para o beb\u00ea) do HIV, al\u00e9m do reconhecimento por boas pr\u00e1ticas na aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 gestante e ao rec\u00e9m-nascido.<\/p>\n<p>A solenidade ocorreu na quarta-feira (03\/12), em Bras\u00edlia. A entrega foi realizada pelo Ministro da Sa\u00fade, Alexandre Padilha, em cerim\u00f4nia que reuniu gestores e representantes de programas estrat\u00e9gicos do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS).<\/p>\n<p>O reconhecimento nacional coloca Vit\u00f3ria de Santo Ant\u00e3o em um seleto grupo de cidades que mais avan\u00e7aram na prote\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3es e crian\u00e7as, refor\u00e7ando a efic\u00e1cia das pol\u00edticas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, diagn\u00f3stico precoce e acompanhamento integral durante a gesta\u00e7\u00e3o e nos primeiros meses de vida do beb\u00ea. A cidade foi a \u00fanica de Pernambuco a conquistar este feito.<\/p>\n<p>O secret\u00e1rio de Sa\u00fade e Bem-Estar do munic\u00edpio, Alex Vasconcelos, celebrou o resultado e destacou o trabalho em rede. \u201cTudo isso \u00e9 resultado de uma rede comprometida e de uma gest\u00e3o que tem lideran\u00e7a. O prefeito Paulo Roberto tem colocado a sa\u00fade como prioridade, ao lado de uma equipe que trabalha com amor pelo nosso povo. Vit\u00f3ria segue avan\u00e7ando. Cuidando hoje para transformar o amanh\u00e3\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>O Selo Prata \u00e9 concedido a munic\u00edpios que atingem indicadores rigorosos na redu\u00e7\u00e3o e interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da transmiss\u00e3o vertical de infec\u00e7\u00f5es do HIV, al\u00e9m de demonstrarem boas pr\u00e1ticas assistenciais voltadas ao cuidado da gestante e do beb\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA conquista simboliza n\u00e3o apenas n\u00fameros e metas, mas o impacto direto na vida das fam\u00edlias.
