{"id":16199,"date":"2025-12-04T14:10:55","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T17:10:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ultimosfatos.com.br\/portal\/?p=16199"},"modified":"2026-01-20T14:16:29","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T17:16:29","slug":"receita-federal-apreende-cerca-de-r-4-milhoes-em-eletronicos-falsificados-no-recife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ultimosfatos.com.br\/portal\/receita-federal-apreende-cerca-de-r-4-milhoes-em-eletronicos-falsificados-no-recife\/","title":{"rendered":"Receita Federal apreende cerca de R$ 4 milh\u00f5es em eletr\u00f4nicos falsificados no Recife"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Foto: Receita Federal\/divulga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (04), a Receita Federal apreendeu, em parceria com a Delegacia do Consumidor (Decon) da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Pernambuco e a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es (ANATEL), durante opera\u00e7\u00e3o no Recife\/PE, aproximadamente, oito toneladas de eletr\u00f4nicos com ind\u00edcios de contrafa\u00e7\u00e3o de marcas e produtos sem homologa\u00e7\u00e3o pela ANATEL.<\/p>\n<p>As mercadorias, equivalente a R$4 milh\u00f5es, foram apreendidas em quatro alvos comerciais do Centro da capital pernambucana. Foram fiscalizados alvos comerciais que, em tese, comercializam eletr\u00f4nicos falsificados ou n\u00e3o homologados, o que configura crime de contrabando, j\u00e1 que tais mercadorias n\u00e3o poderiam ingressar no pa\u00eds sem registro.<\/p>\n<p>A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Sem Fio contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia representantes das marcas, que prestaram apoio jur\u00eddico e operacional, al\u00e9m de emitir laudos t\u00e9cnicos para comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da falsidade das mercadorias. O nome da opera\u00e7\u00e3o faz refer\u00eancia \u00e0 tecnologia Wi-Fi, presente na maioria dos eletr\u00f4nicos, que exige homologa\u00e7\u00e3o pela ANATEL para comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A Receita Federal, a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Pernambuco e a ANATEL refor\u00e7am a miss\u00e3o de proteger os interesses nacionais, a ind\u00fastria brasileira e a seguran\u00e7a da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, combatendo produtos que representam riscos ao consumidor, \u00e0 concorr\u00eancia leal e que podem financiar o crime organizado.<\/p>\n<p>Produtos falsificados ou n\u00e3o homologados n\u00e3o oferecem garantias, n\u00e3o atendem \u00e0s normas t\u00e9cnicas e podem causar danos \u00e0 sa\u00fade.
