Ser\u00e1 realizada nesta segunda-feira (23\/02) a solenidade de posse do novo vice-presidente e corregedor do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Pernambuco (TRE-PE), desembargador Erik Sim\u00f5es. O magistrado integrar\u00e1 a Corte no bi\u00eanio 2026-2028. A cerim\u00f4nia ser\u00e1 no plen\u00e1rio do\u00a0 TRE-PE, a partir das 16h.<\/p>\n
Sim\u00f5es \u00e9 desembargador do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Pernambuco (TJPE) desde 2012,\u00a0 ocupando uma vaga destinada ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Pernambuco pelo Quinto Constitucional. Formado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, o novo vice-presidente do TRE-PE \u00e9 titular da Primeira C\u00e2mara de Direito P\u00fablico. Desde de maio de 2016, exerceu o cargo de\u00a0 Coordenador Geral da Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 do TJPE.<\/p>\n
Entre suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es no TJPE, tamb\u00e9m estava a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de cidadania judici\u00e1ria, no \u00e2mbito da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o a Pessoas em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Rua, o PopRua, que oferece atendimento r\u00e1pido e desburocratizado \u00e0s pessoas em vulnerabilidade social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
